- I have been in business since December 1990, using the SUKAR Body Sugaring Product. SUKAR is the original face and body sugaring product ever produced for the esthetic market

- I have been a certified hair removal specialist and certified instructor for the Art of Body Sugaring for over 19 years
- I was the 4th person to be trained in the Art of Body Sugaring in Canada, trained by a certified SUKAR Instructor. I also had the honor of attending a training seminar to be re-trained by Nagwa Stanforth, the Egyptian-born founder of SUKAR. She is the first Egyptian lady to introduce the Art of Body Sugaring as a professional hair removal treatment in the U.K. She then expanded the product and technique training to Canada in and around 1989
- My Salon is both professional and private
- I presently service over 250 clients, coming from all
parts of the Durham Region, including: Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa,
and Bomanville. Areas also included are: Toronto, Markham, Stouville,
Uxbridge, New Market, Aurora, and more
- I first started my salon in Ajax while
I was also sugaring in a Toronto-based salon under the
Alexandria Body Sugaring Company,
which represented the SUKAR product
in the early '90s. SUKAR
is now distributed and represented
by SALON SUGAR SYSTEMS, an Oakville-based company in which I have had
the privilege of associating myself with over the past 15 years. During
that time, when I was very new at sugaring, I was working 12-hour
days sugaring anywhere from
12 to 14 clients and learning very quickly
the art of sugaring with
only using the hand-paste method. It was not
until 6 years later
that the strip-sugar method was introduced.
I presently now use both
methods together for
my hair removal treatments

I have had the opportunity
to train many hair removal
specialists in both Canada and the US over the past 19 years.

as young teens

fact that my
salon is in
my home

around each
other which
makes my
schedule
very flexible.
